Rubedo Life Sciences Inc. named Frederick Beddingfield CEO and board member, succeeding founder Marco Quarta who will become CSO. Beddingfield was most recently executive partner at Apollo Health Ventures, before which he was CEO of Kira Pharmaceuticals LLC and Sienna Biopharmaceuticals Inc. Rubedo is developing therapies targeting senescent cells to treat age-related diseases. Quarta will remain on Rubedo’s board.
Frederick Chew is stepping down as CEO of Singapore’s Agency for Science Technology and Research, after serving in the role for over five years. Chew is succeeded by Kian Teik Beh, who was CEO of National Research Foundation Singapore…
