Amy Hall, Project Director, Catalyst Flex, has spent more than 15 years in the clinical research industry, working primarily in the contract research organization (CRO) space.
Amy is experienced in leading teams, providing oversight in global clinical trials, and ensuring successful project management by coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality results.
Amy has been with Catalyst Flex for over a year, and she believes joining the team has been one of the best decisions she has made. Our leaders consistently provide Amy and the team with unwavering support and foster a positive working environment.

She provides oversight on assigned projects including management, leadership, and mentoring of her Catalyst Flex team. She supports the project team with functional program oversight and resource management, with an emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines and budget management, and process-driven solutions. She serves as a point of communication and escalation for the client.
