Innate Pharma S.A. (Euronext:IPH; NASDAQ:IPHA) named Jonathan Dickinson chairman and CEO, effective Nov. 1. Dickinson was EVP and general manager, Europe at Incyte Corp. (NASDAQ:INCY) and succeeds co-founder and interim CEO Hervé Brailly, who will continue as an adviser and be proposed as a board member. Innate is developing immunotherapies to treat cancer.
Regenerative medicines company Sernova Corp. (TSX-V:SVA; OTCQX:SEOVF) named James Parsons CFO, Marylyn Rigby chief communications officer and David Burke VP of investor relations (IR).
