Lumicell Inc. named Howard Hechler CEO. Hechler joined the cancer diagnostics company in 2020 as SVP of corporate development and strategy, becoming chief business and strategy officer in 2022, and president and COO in 2023.
Veronica Fonck became chair of MinervaX ApS, which is developing a vaccine to prevent group B streptococcus. Fonck is a partner at Pureos Bioventures and was CEO of LimmaTech Biologics AG, a company she co-founded. She succeeds Gerd Zettlmeissl, who is leaving for personal reasons. …
