Lisa Stetler, Senior Director, FSP Implementation, Catalyst Flex, has more than 26 years in the clinical research industry. She is a statistical programmer and managed teams for over 22 years. She has managed more than programming groups, which includes global programming departments and large biometrics teams. In addition, she created internship programs at more than one company.
Lisa majored in sociology and statistics, giving her a slightly unusual statistical programmer’s background enhanced by a strong ability to form personal relationships, finding common ground, and relating with her clients and team. Being able to see other perspectives helps her to build mutual trust and collaboration with those she engages with.
In Lisa’s current role, her focus is on relationship management at both the client level and at the individual contributor level. She oversees a large, high-performing functional service provider (FSP) engagement with a biopharma company, managing resources across various clinical data science roles. She supports teams across biostatistics, statistical programming, clinical programming, data standards, quality assurance, applications development, and IT support. Additionally, Lisa partners with clients to provide resourcing, training, communication, and governance. Across the board she enjoys her team and clients, bringing value to each relationship.
“I am incredibly grateful and humbled to be surrounded by an amazing group of people. My team is comprised of industry veterans who have dedicated their careers to the advancement of clinical trials,” explains Lisa.
