Paul Parker will join Doug Cole and Stephen Berenson as Flagship Pioneering’s third managing partner, where he will be responsible for capital solutions and value realization. Parker was most recently SVP, head of strategy and corporate development at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE:TMO), and previously held global M&A leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Flagship announced a $3.6 billion raise in July.
