For more than 20 years, Karis Sadie, Clinical Resourcing Manager, Catalyst Flex, has dedicated herself to clinical research. An oncology nurse at heart and training, Karis began her research career as a study coordinator. She then spent 15 years as a clinical research associate (CRA), with five of those years as a consultant. She then joined Catalyst Flex as a clinical resourcing manager.
In her role, Karis’s key focus is recruiting strong clinical operations professionals who align with our clients’ needs. Each day she is fueled and inspired by the opportunity to work with her teammates, as well as placing contractors into their next role. She shows up each day to be a part of the excellent team and culture at Catalyst. Through her work, she supports contractors and clients, fostering a successful partnership between them and with Catalyst Flex.
