Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:JAZZ) said Bruce Cozadd will retire as CEO by year-end 2025 while remaining chair once the company has identified a successor. Cozadd co-founded Jazz in 2003 and became CEO in 2009. The company added that it expects to wrap up the search process within 12 months.
